Important Disclaimer — Film References

The SOLARIS LUT Library contains .cube files named after specific films and television series for descriptive and editorial reference purposes only.

These LUTs are NOT:

• ✗The official, original, or licensed color grades of any referenced film or series
• ✗Endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced in collaboration with any filmmaker, cinematographer, studio, or rights holder of the referenced works
• ✗Reproductions of any proprietary color data owned by any third party

These LUTs ARE:

• —Original creative works independently produced by Skypan Pictures
• —Modified .cube files created with the goal of approximating a visual aesthetic inspired by the referenced works
• —Named for descriptive reference only — in the same way a paint color may be named after a place or era it evokes

All referenced film titles, series names, and cinematographer credits are the intellectual property of their respective owners. No endorsement by any filmmaker, studio, or rights holder is implied or should be inferred.

Single-User License — Grant of Rights

Upon purchase, Skypan Pictures grants you — the individual purchaser ("Licensee") — a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product under the following conditions:

• —You may install and use the LUT files on multiple personal devices, provided those devices are used exclusively by you
• —You may use the LUTs in an unlimited number of personal and commercial productions, including client work, broadcast, streaming, advertising, and social media content
• —Your license is perpetual — there are no expiration dates, renewals, or ongoing fees

Restrictions — Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• ✗Duplicating, copying, or reproducing the LUT files for distribution in any form
• ✗Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, gifting, or transferring the files to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge
• ✗Including the LUT files in any product, bundle, pack, or toolkit sold or distributed to others
• ✗Uploading the files to any file-sharing service, cloud storage accessible by others, or public repository
• ✗Representing these LUTs as the official, original, or licensed color grades of any referenced film or series
• ✗Using the SOLARIS name or branding to misrepresent the nature or origin of the files

Any unauthorized duplication or redistribution constitutes copyright infringement, terminates your license immediately without notice, and may subject you to legal action.

No Refund Policy

SOLARIS is a digital product. Upon purchase and download, the files are delivered instantly and irrevocably. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the product description, reviewed all available previews and materials, and fully understand the nature of what you are purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or files, contact info@skypanpictures.com and we will resolve it promptly.

No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Skypan Pictures makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• ✗Compatibility with any specific software, hardware, NLE, or color workflow
• ✗Results achieved when applying the LUTs to any particular footage, camera system, or project
• ✗Fitness for any particular creative or commercial purpose

Color grading is inherently subjective. Results vary depending on footage, exposure, white balance, camera settings, and post-production workflow. The LUTs are professional starting points, not guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skypan Pictures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, missed deadlines, or production delays.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of the Product shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

Intellectual Property

All SOLARIS LUT files, branding, copywriting, PDF documentation, and associated product materials are the original creative works of Skypan Pictures and are protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, modification for resale, or distribution of any product materials is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
